Shipping & Delivery

At NASU, we manufacture and supply professional commercial kitchen equipment for customers in Türkiye and international markets. Delivery methods and lead times may vary depending on product availability, production requirements, order quantity and destination.

Order Processing & Production

Products available in stock are prepared for shipment after order confirmation. For made-to-order products or larger quantities, the estimated production and dispatch time will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Packaging

Products are carefully packed according to their size, weight and transportation requirements. Appropriate protective packaging, pallets or wooden crates may be used to help prevent damage during transportation.

Domestic Delivery – Türkiye

Orders within Türkiye are shipped using suitable cargo or freight services depending on the dimensions and weight of the equipment. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed according to the destination and order details.

International Shipping

NASU supplies commercial kitchen equipment to international customers. Depending on the destination and order volume, shipments may be arranged by road, sea or air freight.

International shipping costs, delivery terms and applicable documentation are confirmed individually for each order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the packaging and products upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging or equipment, this should be recorded with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to NASU as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Any delivery or production time provided before shipment is an estimate. Delays caused by freight companies, customs procedures, force majeure or other circumstances outside NASU's reasonable control may affect the final delivery date.
